Job Description:

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

We currently operate 8 clinics in the Denver metro area and are expanding to the Phoenix metro area this year.

The Soar Autism Center Talent Acquisition Coordinator will undertake a variety of tasks and add value to our day-to-day operations and talent selection of excellent candidates. This role will be an integral part in ensuring that our hiring process runs smoothly and our candidates and hiring team have a great experience. They will also conduct in-person interviews for candidates for our Behavior Therapist roles in Colorado.

This role is in-person in Denver, and qualified candidates will currently live in the area or be willing to relocate to the area.

What You'll Do:

  1. RBT Candidate Pipeline Management for AZ and CO (50%)
  2. Manage activities involved in the candidate lifecycle including candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and providing ongoing communication with the hiring team and hiring managers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Handle complex recruitment and scheduling processes, including rescheduling interviews and determining strong candidates to prioritize for future interviews.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process.
  6. Document all activity in the enterprise applicant tracking system.
  1. RBT Candidate In-Person Interviews for CO (30%)
  2. Conduct in-person screening interviews for RBT candidates in Colorado.
  3. Accurately score and evaluate candidate competencies during the interview process.
  4. Make candidates feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated during their interactions.
  5. Document interview notes accurately and clearly.
  6. Engage in communication with candidates regarding offers, questions, or other onboarding needs.
  1. People Team Administrative Tasks (20%)
  2. Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.
  3. Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
  4. Provide other administrative support to People Team as needed.

Who You Are:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling role.
  2. Ideally experience in the ABA/Autism therapy space.
  3. High level of organization and ability to document in an online system or platform.
  4. Ability to be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication.
  6. Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System or similar technology.
  7. Strong proficiency in Google Office Suite.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel, Word).
  9. The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
  10. Ability to adapt to competing time-sensitive demands.
