Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the assigned supply chain(s) supporting various client product lines
• Collaborate with commodity managers, R&D, operations, and manufacturing teams to perform competitive analysis on former, current, and prospective new suppliers against business needs, production capacity, regulatory compliance, logistical footprint, and cost reduction initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and explore opportunities for ongoing service improvements and cost reductions
• Understand the reporting needs across stakeholders, identify and improve workflow/process gaps, and better utilize tools to solve pain-points
  • Collaborate with commodity managers and other procurement personnel to study macro and micro data sources to fix data quality issues
  • Use automation to increase the consistency and efficiency of data updates
  • Manage data reports/presentations/dashboards for senior management
• Help define and drive projects to implement improvements to data quality, updating and reporting
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests
• Perform other duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related field
• Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status

• 5-7 years of experience in a procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing role
• Experience managing commodities in the technology industry
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience using multiple data sources to perform data analysis including using relational databases (e.g. SQL/KQL) and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience evaluating/onboarding new suppliers and analyzing supplier consolidation initiatives

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
