Piper Sandler Investment Banking is excited to launch our Foundations Rotational Program designed to recruit and develop professionals with or without a background in finance. We are now accepting applications from interested candidates from various backgrounds, industries and experiences. Identified candidates will participate in training prior to the start of the program.
Program Structure:
The Program will begin in January 2025. Participants will rotate over twelve months within the sub-verticals (OFS, Midstream, Upstream) of our Energy Investment banking group in our Houston, TX office. At the conclusion of the twelve-month rotation, management will determine final placements. Participants will be assigned mentors and executive sponsors during the rotational program.
Final placements will be in Houston, TX.
Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of post-undergraduate work experience
  • Interest in exploring a long-term Investment Banking career
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred
  • Detail oriented & dedicated work ethic
  • Interest and commitment to develop leadership skills with the aptitude to be part of a growing team
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn is a must

Participants will be required to study for and obtain the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 63 and Series 7 exams upon final placement. Support will be provided through the exam prep process.
