The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a remote position ideally based in the Central or Eastern US. This role reports directly to the Sales Director and is crucial for maintaining and expanding the company's sales footprint. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of sales experience, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics and a proven track record of leadership potential. This position demands a driven individual who can manage customer relationships effectively while also focusing on sustaining and growing sales. With 80% travel required, the role is perfect for someone who thrives on building lasting partnerships and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.


Benefits and Compensation:

  1. Base salary: $140,000 - $155,000
  2. Target bonus: 10% (up to 20% max)
  3. "All in" compensation: $154,000 - $186,000
