Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

• Manufacturing parts and tooling
• Maintenance of shop and equipment
• Safety and professionalism in work

Position Requirements

• A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth
• Embrace the vision, mission, and core values of JAARS
• Ability to work with others
• Attention to detail
• Blueprint reading
• Operate manual lathes and milling machines proficiently
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Technical school, trade school, or college education desired
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the trade
