Senior Project Manager

EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our firm. Candidates should be aLicensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years ofexperience.This position requires excellent technical, business, and interpersonalskills and is responsible for management and administration of all phases of avariety of projects and/or client accounts of considerable scope andcomplexity. Primary responsibility and oversight of client contact,budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, cost control, and monitorall activities. Guidance will be given by Studio Director, Client Executiveor Practice Leader, typically relating to overall objectives, criticalissues, and policy matters. Provides critical leadership and mentoring forProject Architects, Design Architects, Interior Designers, and otherteam members. May have influence outside of the project team.The FundamentalsCoordinate, Lead and Mentor Project Teams through entire Project ProcessUnderstand and Negotiate Client ContractsCoordinate and Negotiate Consultant Fees and ServicesEstimate and Maintain Project Budget and Work PlansMaintain Strong Client Communication and RelationshipsCommunicate Client Expectations to Project TeamDocument and Manage Project RiskProvide Oversight for and/or Draw Details, Sections, and ProvideOversight of Project DocumentationUnderstand Project Code RequirementsProvide Project Supervision (May include Stamping Drawings)Review Progress and Shop DrawingsAttend Construction and Client MeetingsAbility to maintain a positive attitude and exhibit integrityExceptional organization and communication skillsAbility to solve problems proactively and prioritize tasks and assignmentsOther duties as assignedThe Fine PrintLicensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years'experience in the Architecture IndustryBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related fieldKnowledgeable in the use of RevitBase salary range is $85,000-$125,000 based on experience
