Solventum is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assembler candidates to join our 1st shift team in Eden Prairie, MN!

• Shift: 1st Shift (4:30am - 3:00pm, M-Th)
• Starting Pay: $22.96/hour

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Assembling, testing, and packaging units and accessories per the assembly procedures to meet the production schedule.
• Performing visual inspections of components prior to and during assembly.
• Recording information on device history records (DHRs) for traceability.
• Identifying and troubleshooting problems that are encountered during the manufacturing process and notifying department manager and engineers of those problems.
• Recommending process improvements that increase the quality of or efficiency of building units and accessories.
• Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Minimum of six (6) months of manufacturing experience
• Must be able to work on 1st shift (4:30am - 3:00pm, M-Th)
• Must be able work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
