Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will support the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams with a broad range of recruiting, project management, evaluation and analysis, communications and administrative tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: new hire onboarding and orientation, off-boarding and exit interviews, business support recruiting and requisition management, maintenance of HR policies, employee relations case management/filing, professional development and training programming. The HR Coordinator will also assist with the choreography and circulation of a wide variety of day-to-day information and other requests from HR management.

Boston $62,500 - $91,000
New York $65,500 - $95,000

Responsibilities
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities for new and departing employees. Responsibilities include: Assisting with new hire agendas, conducting the firm overview presentation, processing I9s, tracking new hire tasks and policy acknowledgements, conducting exit interviews, preparing termination materials;
- Coordinate with unemployment vendor regarding all business support inquiries and questionnaires;
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests (i.e. time submissions, SCFs, access to firm systems and personnel folders);
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects, as assigned.
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting support to assigned hiring managers. Recruiting responsibilities include: education around firm hiring best practices, job postings, identifying candidates via resume submissions and proactive outreach (LinkedIn), conducting phone screens and providing recommendations, preparing offers, initiating and monitoring background checks;
- Maintenance of the firm's agency database. Ensure agreements are valid and up-to-date. Track and update agreement information, as necessary;
- Project manage firm-sponsored recruiting events (i.e. job fairs and on-site career days).
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of all internal and personnel affairs;
- Able to prioritize and multitask for efficient and effective work production, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders at all levels within, and outside, the HR team at one time;
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of firm personnel, including management;
- Courteous, professional, flexible and able to work independently;
- Able to follow through on assigned projects and activities;
- Must possess the ability to work independently, as well as on a team, in a fast-paced environment'

- Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of hands-on work experience in a human resources position, preferably in a professional services environment. A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience preferred;
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full lifecycle while meeting deadlines, meeting stakeholder expectations and delivering innovative solutions;
- Ability to analyze information, assess issues and make clear and relevant recommendations;
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a close team environment;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, listen, collaborate and influence others;
- Service-oriented approach: flexible, proactive management of expectations, unflappable in the face of change. Ability to think strategically and systemically (i.e., "connect the dots").
- Organization and project management experience, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and produce quality deliverables on time;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and SurveyMonkey is a plus.
