Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting various business groups at Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading support functions or operations, contributing to strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions. This is a long-term contract position with potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and impact within a renowned financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in the management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Review strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for assigned initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross-functional business partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations.
