Recruiting Manager

We are partnering with our consumer product client seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team. You will lead the recruitment strategy, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive, inclusive interview experience. Your role will be crucial in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $87,000 to $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, aligning with our growth objectives.
2. Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a respectful, timely, and engaging process that aligns with our values.
3. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
4. Manage and prioritize open job requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring that meets business demands.
5. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Experience
