Nominated as a James Beard 'Outstanding Restaurant', Noodle Bar is David Chang's first Momofuku restaurant. Opened in 2004, Noodle remains Momofuku's flagship location. As the birthplace of our pork buns, Noodle Bar serves ramen as well as a roster of seasonal dishes and chef specials.
The Expeditor will be the connection between the BOH and FOH, serving as a main point of contact between the kitchen and the floor. It will be crucial to ensure smooth communication throughout our high volume and fast paced service.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of expo experience
- High volume, fast paced restaurant experience

This is a non-tipped position, starting at $13/hr-$14/hr based on experience!
