We are closely partnered with a multi-strategy private investment firm that is actively expanding their FP&A team, seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance to join their growing organization. This position is in the corporate finance department, and the ideal Strategic Finance candidate will be an instrumental addition to the headquarters office and within the portfolio, providing analytics and strategic insights to assist with decisions and business growth initiatives. Our client has offices nationwide and is expanding into a global presence, giving this role a unique opportunity to be an influential member of the team with ample opportunity for long-term growth!
Requirements:
- 2+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-performing and rapidly growing businesses.
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership and business unit managers.
Preferred Skills:
- Investment Banking experience is ideal, but will consider PE/VC firm experience, actively working as a financial consultant, or coming from corporate organizations with multiple entities or business units.
- Experience working on complex intercompany positions and monitoring various projects across the organization.
