Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Lead to join our growing team. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for identifying new client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing them with top-quality candidates that meet their requirements.

This is a full-time, metrics-driven, remote position offering a competitive draw vs. commission, profit-sharing, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance, PTO and 401(k).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through understanding their business and culture, integrating our differentiated approach to holistic TA/DEI solutions and presenting top talent to clients.
  • Proactively sourcing and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Presenting qualified candidates to clients and facilitating the interviewing, negotiating and hiring process.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and advice on hiring trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the internal recruiting team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and candidate progress in the firm's ATS.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting or account management, preferably within a staffing, recruitment or HR consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships leading to the attainment of revenue and profit goal attainment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, start-up environment,
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards and MS Office Suite.
