What You'll Be Doing
- Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and consolidated financials. Consolidate monthly forecasts from all departments and create a detailed corporate forecast and present it to the CFO, COO & CEO monthly.
- Develop and deliver executive analysis and reporting packages to leadership team, Presents detailed monthly financial reports to Business leaders & Partners. Work with the controlling team on the month close & creates variance analysis.
- Setup and improve reporting automation to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time. Work with accounting, operations, analytics and other departments to build finance systems for scale.
- Create complex financial models that include Long range plans, Balance sheet forecast, cash flow statements to drive decision support, and generate insightful analytics.
- Builds strong working relationships with Business leaders & Partners & help them achieve their financial goals.
- Sets and tracks SAAS key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management consulting, VC/PE
- Detailed oriented, ability to work with disparate data sources, connect the dots and tell a story for the operators, and strive for report accuracy.
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
- True team player, ability to work effectively with peers and other departments.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex data and derive meaning/insight.

Base Salary Range:
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
