Manager of Machine Learning

This LLM-driven startup have raised a large seed round and are looking to build their team. They have an impressive founding team, with multiple successful exits in the past. They're building an AI agent for the advertising space with the aim to solve the issue of how brands and creators can control their content. They're developing technology to address how people consume information.

We're looking for a hands on technical leader in AI with experience working on cutting edge NLP/ LLM projects. Ideally you will have experience in advertising, search, recommendations, although this is not a must have.

You'll need:

• Bachelors or above in Computer Science, Maths or similar
• 6+ years hands on experience in a machine learning or applied research role, with an emphasis on technical leadership
• Deep experience within NLP , with recent knowledge of fine-tuning and training large language models
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, ML frameworks and ML systems
