About the Role:
As an Estimator at CollisionRight , you'll be the key player in assessing vehicle damage, estimating costs, and guiding customers through the repair process. Your role is critical in helping us deliver high-quality repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction. From inspecting damaged vehicles to negotiating with insurance companies and explaining repair costs, you'll keep everything moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate damaged vehicles to determine required repairs
• Assess the cost of labor and parts for repairs
• Prepare and submit insurance forms with cost estimates
• Clearly communicate with customers about their vehicle's damage, cost, and timeline
• Draft and enter repair work orders into our system
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs

What You'll Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in collision repair
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures and repair processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to negotiate with insurance companies and ensure fair estimates
• Physical ability to handle lifting (up to 35 pounds regularly, occasionally more)
• Agility and coordination for handling physical tasks in various conditions
• A knack for working well in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
