Account Executives manage client accounts, lead teams, handle sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients. By meeting targets, addressing issues, and nurturing long-term relationships, Account Executives drive revenue and contribute to the overall success of clients and the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee assigned client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Identify client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Lead internal teams to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively handle client concerns, providing timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to clients.
  • Support contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in sales, client relations, or account management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing client accounts and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
