Rehabilitation Therapist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist to provide treatments to patients by evaluating their function and selecting appropriate treatments to improve or restore function. This role involves participating in interdisciplinary approaches for in-service and community education, as well as contributing to the clinical education of affiliating students. Potential cross-site coverage may be required.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy with a minimum of a B.S.
• Must hold a current license in Physical Therapy.

COMPETENCIES:

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Proficiency in Windows based programs needed for department functions.
• Basic keyboarding and skill in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet search capabilities are desirable.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel between work sites is essential.
