Job Overview
DSD is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite IT Specialist to join our team and provide support with all elements relating to day-to-day network operations. Preferably with 3+ years' experience in Autodesk products and/or REVIT, Computer Set-Up's, Microsoft Products. Firm understanding of basic IT duties. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel Outlook,etc.)
- Familiar with Autodesk Products; AutoCAD and Revit.
- Formally educated in IT system, computer servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with scanner products.
- Able to read software products.
NO DEGREE REQUIRED!
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise.
- Set up workstations and computers.
- Assign Outlook licenses to the team.
- Examine PC software descriptions and finding computers that match requirements.
- Usage of Autodesk and Scanner products during day-to-day activities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff requiring any technical assistance.
- Monitor website page and performance metrics.
- Printer and Software Installation.
- Maintenance of daily office equipment.
- Maintaining computer and IT related equipment lists, condition and replacement schedules.
- Plotter/printer installation
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 40 hours per week
Education:
Knowledge of IT systems, computer servicing and troubleshooting
