Job Description

The Microsoft M365 Engineer, reporting to Director of Enterprise Identity & Access, will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies. This role will work within a global team of engineers utilizing Agile work delivery practices.

The role requires extensive hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and its various applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. This role can be mostly remote and may also involve occasional regional travel, no more than 10%.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and support Office 365 and related technologies.
  • Manage and monitor Office 365 services and features.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, flows and apps for automation and administration.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and drive improvements in the Office 365 environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users.
  • Stay current with Microsoft’s changes, transitions, and updates to Office 365.

The Micr365 Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Office 365 environment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.   • The salary range for this position is $93,500K-$120,000K/YR, depending on experience.
