ASI is actively seeking a Senior Consultant who will help us stand up a new organizational structure and operating model for a new federal agency operating at the cutting edge of our nation’s security, CISA.

Job Description

  1. Lead design and implementation of first of its kind Community of Practice for federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)
  2. Lead design and implementation of cutting-edge, agency-wide knowledge portal and SharePoint site for acquisition community
  3. Develop high-quality client deliverables, including crisp Power Point decks, recommendations, communication messages and materials, and executive briefings
  4. Design and facilitate client meetings
  5. Drive critical project actions forward on behalf of the client
  6. Coordinate and schedule client meetings and workshops
  7. Partner with colleagues and contract teammates to achieve desired client outcomes
  8. Lead ongoing capture and tracking of meeting notes, actions, and decisions
  9. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesis, as needed
  10. Develop strong knowledge base on client’s “business”/subject matter

Position Requirements

  1. BA/BS degree
  2. Client-facing experience to include leading client status meetings, leading follow-up with clients on next steps, and writing crisp and clear client communications
  3. Experience designing and implementing cutting-edge SharePoint sites
  4. Experience designing and implementing Communities of Practice, and/or complex working groups
  5. 7 years of management consulting experience

Preferred Experience

  1. Developing and conducting complex qualitative and quantitative studies, research and analysis to evaluate, integrate or improve program/project productivity
  2. Identifying and developing methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports and systems to improve operations, achieve savings, and encourage long-range planning to assure the program/project produce results in a cost-effective manner

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain and/or possess favorable DHS fitness determination

LOCATION: 100% Remote

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Through August 2024, with potential for recompete of current contract; and expected growth on our other Strategy and Organization Development projects including TSA Customer Experience
