Summary of Position:
Works with Assistant and Director of Residential Services to provide broad oversight of the assigned residence.
Functions as a role model and an effective leader for the assigned residence, using teamwork as the foundation for the effective functioning of the program.
Maintains the clinical integrity of the program and ensures that the developmental, physical, emotional, and social needs of consumers are met within the context of a Positive Behavior Support (PBS) model. Assists the Assistant Director with all program management duties, ensuring that all consumers receive the highest quality of services possible.
Takes an active role in the development and improvement of the Residential Program and the agency as a whole with the goal of ensuring a best practices program and agency, including (but not limited to) the development and maintenance of new best practice initiatives and the development of new Residential programs.
