Account Executive (WMS)

As an Account Executive for our WMS solution, Peoplevox, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the expansion of our services in North America. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to be at the forefront of the ecommerce logistics industry, steering our growth through strategic sales and partnerships. With a robust foundation from our success in EMEA and APAC, you will contribute by leveraging our proven strategies and enhancing our market presence in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. By joining our team, you will not only manage and exceed sales targets but also become a trusted advisor in ecommerce logistics, shaping the future of our enterprise by driving sustainable and transformative business relationships.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass the WMS sales targets for Peoplevox in North American markets (US, MX, CA).
  • Develop a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, utilizing both sales- and partner-sourced leads.
  • Expand and strengthen our network of consultants and technology partners who specialize in WMS solutions.
  • Employ innovative sales strategies and assimilate technical knowledge to enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the team's goal of maintaining a sales cycle of less than 30 days on average.
  • Continuously engage with market trends and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and strategies.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets within the technology or software sectors.
  • Strong capability in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling complex solution sales with creative closing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and effective dialogue.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving and fast-paced environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in either Canada or the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or consulting within the ecommerce or logistics field.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ecommerce logistics.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • History of involvement in roles requiring negotiation and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ambition to lead teams and drive initiatives within a sales framework.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and self-improvement.
