As an Internal Audit Intern, you will support the Internal Audit Department in planning, testing and writing results of assigned internal audit projects and special assignments. You will assist in executing internal audit procedures and in some cases perform data analysis and reporting in audit projects. You will have the opportunity to meet various leaders and explore many functions of an insurance company. #LI-DNI Assists the business unit in completing the tasks assigned to them, which often includes, but is not limited to, project work and covering the day-to-day operations of the business unit. Works on projects that provide opportunity to collaborate with other interns as well as associates in other departments, ranging from data analysis to mentors. Maintaining accurate records, documenting progress, and preparing reports or presentations as required by the internship program or supervisors. Attends business unit meetings as assigned and creates and delivers presentations. For field roles, only: Expected to drive/travel at least 25% of working time to perform essential functions. This may involve traveling on short notice or other daily driving duties as assigned. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience. Either actively enrolled in an academic institution in pursuit of a degree in a relevant course of study or is a recent college graduate, typically having attained a degree within the past 12 months.
