Representative on the Doosan Information and Communications America applications support team. Supports operational issues in existing systems, including, but not limited to: ERP; Finance; MES; and Dealer Portal. Participates in activities transitioning software from project build to operational support phases.
Role & Responsibility
- Assist functional leads in all aspects of system support, including troubleshooting, testing, and documenting of issues found by users
- Documents corrective actions taken to resolve logged incidents
- Demonstrate problem solving skills in order to address system and process issues that arise in the functional business areas
- Engage necessary Subject Matter Experts to effectively develop and implement change requests
- Develop training material with a focus on the Oracle eBusiness & SAP ERP systems
- Participate in, and co-lead formal training activities targeted towards a global end user community
- Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science.
- 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
- Be able to commit to Doosan Information and Communications America for the entire term of the co-op (8 months)
- Experience Required: 0>2 years
- Travel Required: <10%
- A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their interworkings
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
- Ability to multi-task technical fast
- Ability to work effectively with multi-culture and multi-language environment
