Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving our physician finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex financial analysis projects
- Develop and manage physician compensation reports
- Analyze practice profitability and identify improvement areas
- Construct pro forma financial statements for new initiatives
- Handle ad-hoc financial requests with expertise
- Mentor and educate junior analysts
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 4 years of healthcare finance experience
- Advanced Excel and Access skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED:
- Master’s in Business Administration or Health Administration.
- Designation as Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Two year’s experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or Health Care Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases using SQL or other advanced system languages. Adept at creating and managing complex queries.
