Senior Accountant

We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Accountant to work with a Texas based tech company that develops artificial intelligence products.
Position Details

• Title: Senior Accountant
• Salary: $90k-$110k + 10% Bonus
• Location: Austin, TX Hybrid/Remote (1x per month in office) - The rest of the accounting team is in TX so candidates in TX are ideal. They'll pay for flights/ hotel expenses.
• Reporting Structure: Directly to Controller (ex Big 4 / active CPA)

• Supporting the month-end close / taking work off the Senior Manager's plate
• GL recs, rev rec, intercompany transactions, variance analysis, assisting with financial reporting
• They have another senior completing payroll, AP, AR and cash

• CPA highly preferred or on the CPA path
• Public accounting experience ideal (Controller and Manager both ex-Big 4 and active CPAs)
• BS Accounting Degree
• 1-4 years of experience.
• NetSuite experience ideal but not required
