The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Organizational Development
- Facilitate the development and expansion of GACX by identifying and recruiting like-minded churches and organizations.
- Organize annual GACX Global Forums.
- Develop or collaborate with others to develop a global information tracking system toward the goal of 5 million churches.
- Encourage and support the regional and national expansion of GACX.
- Develop fundraising strategies that would serve GACX members and partnership projects.
- Develop a solid funding base for the operation of GACX.
- Strategic Development
- Encourage, facilitate, and support the launching, development, and implementation of partnership initiatives among member organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies that would optimize the strategies, resources, and contributions of member organizations.
- Create and facilitate a learning environment toward multiplication, sustainability, and effective partnerships.
- Relationships and Communication
- Build and maintain relationships with leaders of member organizations.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies using traditional methods and all social media: Vision-casting, best practices, and connecting member organizations.
- Contribute to the content of all communications.
- Represent GACX in critical events of member organizations as well as other pertinent global conferences.
Experience and Skills:
Master's degree or above in fields of religious study, organizational management, or leadership development.
5-7 years of experience or a combination of education/experience.
