THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting/Payables

• Monthly reconciliation for vendor accounts.
• Profit and Loss monthly reviews
• Job Costing for Labor and Materials
• Payroll support
• Enter Credit Card transactions
• Maintain Accounts Payable Report for accuracy
• Data entry and reporting

PREFERENCES, EXPECTATIONS, EDUCATION, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Thorough attention to detail with on-time delivery.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced knowledge of MS Excel;Google Suite
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Sage Intact or SAP experience preferred
