EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas is required, Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred. Masters Degree in Business or Health Care Administration or in-process of completion required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a pharmacy leadership position in a hospital pharmacy is required. Strong communications and computer skills is required.
LICENSURE
Licensure or license eligible to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas is required. Must be registered with the Texas state Board of Pharmacy as a Preceptor.
