HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a dynamic leadership role as a Program Manager near West Sacramento, California . - LCSW, LMFT works FT Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM, no call
- LCSW, LMFT will travel one time per week from Davis to West Sacramento and Woodland
- LCSW, LMFT provides supervision & development of the Integrated Behavioral Health Services
- LCSW, LMFT plans, coordinates, and oversees the clinical aspects of BH Staff
- LCSW, LMFT ensures department goals are met
- LCSW, LMFT works with BH Leadership, Supervisors, and collaborates with other departments
- LCSW, LMFT provides clinical responsibilities such as assessment, interventions, and referrals
- LCSW, LMFT clinical work is 10 hours per week
- LCSW, LMFT management work is 30 hours per week
- LCSW, LMFT reports to Chef Behavioral Health Officer

Behavioral Health Manager, Mental Health Manager, Licensed Mental Health Therapist Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Independent licensure as LCSW or LMFT
- Bilingual Spanish bonus, not required
- 1 years Independent License
- Previous Supervisory/ Leadership experience
Behavioral Health Manager, Mental Health Manager, Licensed Mental Health Therapist Compensation:
- 103K-140K DEO (salary range based on date of independent licensure)
- 5K sign on toward relocation or Bonus
- 90 % Employer paid medical!
