Job Summary:
The Office Volume Business Planner manages the financial analysis for the organization and informs senior leaders about the business results and raises issues and risks. Primary responsibilities:
Delivers critical P&L performance in relation to key metrics and objectives and communicates business risks in a timely manner. Completes through analysis, reporting and reconciliation of financial results. Manages investment spend, rationalization and prioritization. Drives financial insights to the business during cross-functional planning processes - LTP and Interlock.
Responsibilities:

  • Provides complex financial analysis for the Office Volume Printer Hardware business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best strategy for achieving objectives.
  • Establishes and fosters relationships with GBU and Category Finance
  • Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making within a broad scope
  • Forecast financial results
  • Drive process improvement to optimize resources
  • Represents the business during cross-functional planning and processes
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to extended team
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in finance and/ or business management
Experience in both GBU and Market/ CO preferred
Relocation - Not at this time
The base pay range for this role is $118,000-$171,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
