Movara Fitness Resort is seeking an outgoing part-time evening Spa Director who is passionate about health, fitness and weight loss and exemplifies our core values and seeks to be on a winning and high performing team. The Spa Director at Movara Fitness Resort is responsible for helping maintain the daily operations of the Spa and Salon, developing vendor relations, overseeing and motivating Spa sales, implementing strategies to achieve performance targets, ensure guests are receiving 5 star treatments while at the Spa, and to train and mentor the staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively administer and monitor staff scheduling
- Ensure that enough staff members are scheduled to provide quality services for our guests. (Be sensitive not to over schedule so staff members have enough appointments to make it worth their time to come in)
- Make sure staff members are current and up to date with their licenses and insurance
- Make sure service standards are being upheld
- Know your staff’s modalities (Strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes)
- Give positive and constructive feedback from our Guest Surveys
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Booking Appointments
- Maintain a good relationship with the employees at the Front Desk
- Remind guests about their appointments
- Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle guest complaints

Pay: $17.00 per hour
