The Department of Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure-track eligible Team Scientist at the rank of Assistant Professor. This person will help grow our federally funded research program in basic and translational research, consistent with departmental and university missions. They will continue to develop and sustain ongoing collaborative relationships with research leadership throughout the department and the university.
Qualified candidates will be a scientist with a PhD and, ideally, have an established record of extramural funding to support research efforts in the area of basic and translational research , including an interest in surgery related research.
