HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

The Compensation Analyst will support and collaborate with North Highland’s leadership to provide broad-based compensation & benefits knowledge and support through research, analysis, and ongoing administration of the Company’s total rewards program. The position focuses on compensation programs (base pay, variable incentives, sales compensation, and equity programs) and benefits with the purpose of attracting, retaining, and rewarding our employees.
You’ll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:

  • Administer compensation policies and guidelines as well as provide training and support to the HR Team and business leaders.
  • Administer annual compensation process.
  • Administer bonus process for various incentive compensation plans including preparation of bonus statements.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on administration of sales compensation plans.
  • Lead promotions process including building recommendations based on market data and internal equity.
  • Ensure data submitted for bonuses is accurate and approved by business units.
  • Assist with salary grade structure audits (assess appropriate job titles, job codes, FLSA status, pay grade, incentive target, etc.)
  • Analyze data and run reports as required to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Be able to identify trends/patterns in an analysis. Provide solutions and recommendations based on findings.
  • Participate in an annual compensation market study. Use findings to update our salary ranges and update Workday.
  • Participate and submit all salary surveys.
  • Oversee UK Gender Pay Gap calculations, present findings to Executive team.
  • Complete regular audits to ensure Workday reports are accurate.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of Total Reward Statements.
  • Functional knowledge of FMLA, STD, LTD and other leave programs.
  • Support ACA reporting and research.
  • Assist with wellness administration, research, programming & promotions.
  • Provide assistance with internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with Global HR team and external vendors to serve employees and resolve issues.
  • Partner with Payroll teams across different countries to ensure data is properly uploaded in correct payroll system.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit activities in compliance with company guidelines as well as all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Participate in Workday testing and administration for compensation & benefits areas.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related area.
  • 5-6 years of experience administering HR programs including processing payments and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ERISA, FLSA.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • MS Office products with advanced Excel experience, required.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline driven.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
