Sous Sous, a New American French restaurant in Silver Lake, is opening in early 2025.
We are currently hiring for a chef de cuisine, and sous chefs.
Chef de Cuisine should have ample experience organizing and managing teams, creating menus, and setting a standard for food cost, budgeting, and labor. This is a project connected to a boutique hotel, and will serve a cafe style breakfast, lunch, and then dinner.
Sous Chefs will need at least one year experience in that role, and be ready to continue to work and grow as a professional and leader.
We are hoping to meet qualified applicants ready to bring their talents and love for French and American cuisine to life in Silver Lake.
