Job Description:
The Project Executive leads and manages both the strategic planning and daily execution of all construction, project management, and administrative activities.Additionally, the Project Executive contributes to creating and enforcing company policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives and align with the corporate mission.
Provide operational oversight in:
* Client management
* Procedural issues
* Financial and reporting matters
* Workforce planning and analysis
Lead and mentor a high-performing team while supporting the Division Manager
Actively manage:
* Workload distribution
* Professional development
* Client development skills of project management staff
Promote positive customer relations by:
* Engaging professionally and fairly with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
* Instilling a focus on safety, quality, customer service, and profitability within the project team
Conduct monthly project reviews to assess:
* Adherence to schedules
* Quality of work
* Safety standards
* Administrative compliance
* Profitability
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
* Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
* Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction
* Strong knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods
* Proven experience in mentoring and managing team members
* Experience in business development and significant client interaction is a plus
* Combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
* Should have experience with data centres
