Homeless Case Manager

This is a case manager position working with families and their housing needs. Duties include interviewing and completing applications, coordinating service delivery, providing information and referral and follow up. Must have a minimum of one year of case management experience and/or training in related field. Requires a valid PA drivers license and reliable transportation, be willing to travel in Indiana County and other counties if required, Act 33 and 34 clearances and FBI clearance with fingerprinting. Starting salary is $21,021 full time, 35 hours per week, and generous fringe benefits. EOE.
