Overview

As Head of Talent at Flare, you'll be a strategic and hands-on partner, shaping our future by elevating our talent acquisition capabilities. You'll lead the charge to win each and every search you own, while collaborating closely with hiring leaders to develop and implement innovative talent strategies. By providing strategic guidance, coaching, and mentorship, you'll empower our team to attract and land top talent and drive our business forward. Success in this role is not guaranteed, and it’s not for the faint of heart. If you are successful, you’ll have written one of the greatest talent chapters in your career.

  • Win Each and Every Search You Lead: Be a carnivore for every opening that you get tasked with, ensuring that we have a winning strategy to bring on great talent from the start.
  • Drive the Future of Flare's Talent: Coach and empower hiring leaders to own the hiring process, providing strategic guidance and best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs and guide effective talent strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Elevate Flare's Talent Brand: Partner with Flare’s leaders to implement innovative sourcing strategies that attract top talent and position Flare as an employer of choice.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to guide talent strategy, optimize our hiring processes, and improve the quality of our hires.

Requirements

Who you are

  • You have a deep understanding of, and experience (5+ years) with, full cycle talent acquisition, including best practices, sourcing strategies, and ATS management.
  • You’re results-driven, passionate about making an outsized impact. Always willing to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of processes and projects no matter the scope.
  • You’re a sourcing wizard, with a keen eye for attracting and identifying the right talent.
  • You obsess over each hire, dedicated to finding the best possible fit for every role, leveraging data-driven insights and qualitative assessments.
  • You’re an influencer with strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • You’re strategic with the ability to develop and implement ideas tactically and in alignment with organizational goals.
