We are currently seeking Trailhead Academy Account Executives to join our growing sales team within the Customer Success Group (CSG).

This role requires that you be in office four days a week.

The Trailhead Account Executive will formulate and implement a sales strategy within assigned territories, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in their assigned space.

You will work as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the outstanding business challenges and goals our customers face relating to the people side of CRM and digital transformation, and work with them to position the right training and enablement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive tailored learning strategies for our customers with the entire Trailhead Academy portfolio
  2. Facilitate qualification, discovery, deal cycle participation, and account reviews
  3. Increase awareness of our learning offerings among internal teams and our customers
  4. Build pipeline, accurately forecast sales, log activities
  5. This is a quota carrying sales role
  6. Drive bookings and revenue across large territories in AMER region
  7. Collaborate with account teams on strategy
  8. Meet and exceed an annual sales quota
  9. Develop trusted internal and customer relationships to create an outcome where everybody wins within your sales relationships
  10. Effectively communicate the business value of Salesforce Enablement Services
  11. Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
  12. Develop and implement sales campaigns
  13. Create new leads from prospecting efforts
  14. Thoroughly qualify leads & sales opportunities leverage business from new & established relationships to strategize, negotiate & close business

Your Qualifications:

Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skills needed to be successful will vary from 5-10 years of quota-carrying sales and account management experience or experience in organizational change, learning, or education.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $59,340 to $79,320.
