Adecco is partnering with a local client in Ripon, Wisconsin to find an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator.
Pay: $17-$18/hr (may consider increased pay for highly qualified candidates)
Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-4pm
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift safely and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with truckers to load and unload shipments, notifying supervisors of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Organize and maintain shipping room, warehouse, and outdoor storage areas.
  • Bring in and store patterns and cores from completed orders.
  • Monitor packing slip flow and manage late shipments while adhering to approved overtime.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, performing general labor duties as needed.
  • Be available to work in all areas of production.
Physical Environment/Working Conditions:
  • Work in factory and outdoor settings, requiring bending, crouching, climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting (1-80 lbs).
  • Expose to humidity, outdoor temperature extremes, noise levels exceeding 90 decibels, and vibrations.
  • Requires good vision for both near and far.
Hazards Exposure:
  • Exposure to mechanical hazards, gases, fumes, dust, and heat.
Equipment and Machinery Used:
  • Forklift, truck, shovels, brooms, and personal protective equipment (hearing and eye protection).
Requires minimum of 1 year forklift experience and ability to pass forklift assessment.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
