Chargeback Analyst (Pharma)
Vaco's Healthcare Manufacturer client is seeking an enthusiastic Chargeback Analyst to handle Chargeback Claim Resolutions, Contract Administration, and Analysis. Their state-of-the-art office is located near Fairlawn, NJ. A 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Pharmaceutical Experience is required . Salary: $60-85k
Location: near Fairlawn, NJ - (In-office)
Responsibilities:
- Process Pharmaceutical Chargeback claims
- Chargeback Receipts and Reconciliations
- Manage Inbound/Outbound Chargeback requests and transactions
- Resolve Chargeback, Rebate, and Deduction claims
- Maintain contract and membership records for GPO's, 340B's, and IDN's
- Analyze Model N and Large Excel Data sets
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related
- 3 - 5 yrs experience with Pharmaceutical chargeback experience
- Model N experience, a huge plus
- Contract Administration, a huge plus
- Microsoft Excel experience
