About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented process engineer to join our COO Process Engineering team. As a Process Engineer you will analyze and optimize Financial Services COO Operations processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This includes process designing, troubleshooting, process optimization, process analysis, process documentation, and control & process automation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions

  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities

  • Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration

  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Document business processes which identify where our organizations has risks and associated controls in place.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or ability to acquire certification post hire

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

  • An active listener with excellent and confident communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed.

  • A high performer who is proactive, can quickly solve problems and responds rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment

  • An independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline, and commitment to the role

  • Highly collaborative with an appreciation of the benefit of a team approach; demonstrated ability to work with and function as part of a team to deliver quality projects on time and on budget

  • Ability to reduce complex issues/problems into clear directions and presentations

  • Ability to operate with confidence in front of an executive team

  • Exceptional organization and planning abilities

Base Compensation Range:

$63,600 - $113,000

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
