Job Overview:
Inventory and Accounts Payable
•Monitoring of Vendor Invoices and payment Requests
• Manage Capex Project and Reporting
Reconciling between vendor Statement & Company Aging.
•Forecasting the payables and reporting
•Inventory and COGS review and reconciliation
Gross Margin and Transfer Price Analysis
Responsibilities:
Inventory and COGS calculations and reconciliation
Inventory Reporting and Analysis
Monitoring of Overdue Invoice
Reconciling between vendor Statement & Company Aging
Forecasting the payments to vendors
Interacting with vendors for Invoices & other AP related matters
Review contracts of various vendors to ensure accurate data availability for flexible and meaningful management reporting and settlement.
Responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of retail and wholesalers contracts for GTN projects
Preparation of special reports as needed
Miscellaneous- DPO & Inventory Analysis . Working on special projects as needed related to Inventory and Payables. Prepartion of various report as necessary.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:
Should have a knowledge of ERP and Projects
Knowledge of MS office is a must
Must have excellent knowledge on Excel
Knowledge of Oracle software is a +
Positive Attitude, Confidence & Co-operation
Problem solving Skills, Multi- tasker, Goal Oriented & Efficient under pressure
Education & Experience:
Finance or Business graduate /post graduate with 1-2 year experience. Previous experience in Pharma will be a +.
Physical Requirements:
OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: •Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment •Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work •Light to moderate lifting is required •Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). •Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
