Job Requirements / Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager supervises and directs professional and support staff for the Revenue Cycle ensuring effective use of employees,equipment & materials within budget & quality standards. Performs tactical planning and carries out strategic plan. Ensure staff has the resources to carry out their responsibilities. Optimizes staff productivity and service; resolves work place problems of staff and processes; develops procedures and guidelines. Possesses the technical knowledge of the function being supervised. Implements retention planning initiatives. Participates in the overall management of Revenue Cycle teams through involvement in Enterprise-wide projects, work groups, task forces, councils, and committees. Serves as liaison between area of responsibility and other constituents inside and outside of organization. May require occasional travel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant management experience.
Relevant experience includes lead roles, project/committee leadership, and/or supervisory experience.
