POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The HR Administrator supports the HR Operations team across a broad spectrum of HR functions and responsibilities. The role encompasses processing and administering HR-related tasks, maintaining accurate records and information, and providing essential clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. This position requires to be on-site located in San Francisco, CA and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm or from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Operations team. Tasks include but are not limited to scanning documents, distributing mail, managing the HR email inbox, and supporting in-office activities.
- Compile and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate HR projects, including organizing meetings, training sessions, and surveys, and take minutes at these events.
- Address employee requests and inquiries regarding HR policies, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling data on absences, bonuses, leaves, and other relevant information.
- Support various HR areas, including payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Liaise with public services as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a coordination or support role in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- The successful candidate must be a self-starter and work independently, as well as, simultaneously manage multiple tasks with different priorities, objectives, and initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
