Job Description
Play the role of client day-to-day point of contact and be responsible for the development of a successful client relationship. Coordinate internal collaboration with media, creative, strategy, research and project management teams to brief on projects and manage timelines. Collaborate with account managers, account directors, project management and finance teams in administrative tasks. Collaborate with digital strategy, digital media and digital production teams for all digital projects requested by clients. Work with production teams to oversee any shoot’s tactical work. Lead status calls with the client. Lead/oversee vendor evaluations to provide a strategic POV to help client decision making. Key in annual campaign planning for the client. Lead quarterly and annual competitive reports and industry trends. Use MediaOcean software (finance/estimate management platform) at RPA.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Television Management, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as Senior Account Executive or in a related occupation.
- Must have the following knowledge with platforms and skills – platforms: Function Point (a project/client management software), Mintel, Numerator (analyze competitor advertising trends), Google Analytics; skills: resourcing and resource management; and Agile project management.
