About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated CSR Small Animal to join our team at Amber Leaf Animal Hospital in AMBRL. As a CSR Small Animal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients as they arrive. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients and their pets have a positive experience at our hospital.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal-related field
  • Experience with Avimark software
  • Ability to speak Spanish or other languages
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Greeting clients and their pets as they arrive
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

Skills:
As a CSR Small Animal, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills on a daily basis to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will also use your multitasking abilities to answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills will be necessary to complete your daily tasks. Preferred qualifications such as experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal-related field, experience with Avimark software, and the ability to speak Spanish or other languages will be beneficial in providing the best possible service to our clients.
