Job Summary
As a part of the continued evolution of our Employee Experience team, we are looking for a Culture and People Business Partner to support a variety of business units in driving a strong culture and meeting organizational growth targets through strategic talent discussions, planning, and overall execution.
In this role, you'll provide strategic HR support globally to our business leaders, acting as a hands-on partner when it comes to change management, employee relations support, data analytics & talent management initiatives like succession planning & leadership development. You will proactively work as part of the global People team, partnering with our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions to support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead our culture and people priorities across multiple business functions globally. Design and execute strategic initiatives that nurture our business objectives. Align HR strategies to effectively link business priorities, maximize talent, minimize risk, and optimize performance.
- Build effective partnerships with leaders and employees to act as a strategic thought partner and support on a variety of business related topics.
- Partner with leaders throughout the hiring process to influence hiring decisions where appropriate, ensuring people needs are met in the process.
- Actively participate in organization design discussions, including workforce planning, headcount approvals and team structure.
- Work with the reward team to benchmark roles across the industry using internal data, externally compiled data, and agency resources.
- Support/Advocate for our employees by building positive working relationships across all levels. Develop and execute team strategies to improve team engagement and culture.
- Support managers to appropriately assess their talent and ensure that they are having effective development conversations, supporting career progression and succession planning within their team.
- Champion change efforts and effectively lead teams through change. Facilitate change within your business units on all levels, from small scale cultural/mindset changes to redundancies/restructures, ensuring any change is embedded and appropriate mechanisms are in place to assess its effectiveness going forward.
- Lead and actively participate in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, making sure these are at the forefront of people-focused decisions,
- Leverage data driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations to address people and culture gaps, including monitoring and collecting management information, noting internal and external trends, and using these to proactively inform C&P strategy.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $110k - $130k per year plus discretionary annual bonus. You will be able to discuss your salary expectations should you be contacted about this role.
