Senior Systems Administrator-Full-Time/On-Site/W2
The Senior Systems Administrator oversees key areas of IT Service Delivery:
- Support and Administration: Responsible for managing and supporting servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage solutions, security measures, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
- Advanced Support and Escalations: Handles escalated service requests and provides advanced support beyond the capabilities of higher-tier Service Desk Technicians.
- Project Implementation Assistance: Collaborates with project and technical alignment teams to implement server, Microsoft 365, Azure storage, and BDR infrastructure projects in both on-premises and cloud-based settings.
Key Responsibilities and Results:
- Efficiently resolve service tickets to ensure quick and permanent solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and keep clients content.
- Develop and update documentation for supported systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, demonstrating leadership.
Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- In-depth knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering solutions.
- Experience in managing escalations and performing effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are advantageous.
